ty, and its really just drawing one straight line, using another layer with the same line to copy and paste the spot the line is at onto the layer below with the main line, and then after you're done with copying and pasting the lines, you erase them to where they are barely seen and then if you wanna make the faded blur, copy and paste the lines you did onto two other layers and move one up and one down a little, and yeah, thats how i do it,

it sometimes takes a while, depending on how many lines you want, but yeah , thanks
