In the beginning, there were three kinds of powerful beings in the Universe, Kais, Titans, and Daemons. All three are lost to their legends, and forgotten by the mortals in the Universe Kais are the holy and just protectors of the Universe and all of its galaxies, and kept the Daemons in check. With their Patora earrings, they can fuse their energies and bodies together to become even stronger. Titans are giants, at least five times the size of humans, and just as strong. They manage the Other Realm, where souls of the dead go, and where those souls go. They are all rather intelligent, and very hard to trick. Daemons are the definition of all evil and dark things in the universe; Rage, fears, terror, nightmares, hate, destruction, and chaos. They lack any sense of empathy or compassion, and will slaughter just out of boredom, or for fun, laughing all the while. Only one of their true names is known, and it is the one you must fear with all of your soul. His name is Janemba, the Prince of Hell.
