People say "Follow your dreams" when if I followed one of mine my life would be awful. I have always wanted to just get on a stage and belt out a song but that will never happen. I didn't always have stage fright. I used to do plays and had this sort of wenesday drama class at a church. We would do plays, I would get parts, I would stand in front of a hundred people and recite lines in a costume. The one thing I would never do however was sing or accept a singing solo, I never even let anyone hear me sing, not even my teacher. After a few years of doing these plays, I started getting more and more scared. I once almost had a panic attack after a play because I got one line wrong and I thought I had ruined everything. Now I can't even sing in front of one person which is why I take to the internet. I've always wanted to just be able to get on a stage again and not panic but that will never happen, let alone me get on a stage and sing. If I ever did manage to do that my anxiety would kill me.
