Linki really dont understand why people think dkbk/bkdk is toxic... still. tbh yes, their relationship WAS toxic, but NOW bakugo is trying to mend back his relationship with midoriya, and even jumped in front of him and got impaled saving him. it really upsets me when people continue to call it toxic and it drives me to two conclusions: either they are ignorant to bakugo's character development and keep focusing on the beginning of the series or dont believe in it OR they havent even thoroughly watched the series and arent up to date. the fact that they had a rough past, means that when they can completely fix their relationship and become good friends or more (im rooting for "more"), they will be even closer to each other compared to average friendships. i especially loved the heroes rising movie, my god. dem gay bois held hands to save the world. oh and that childhood friend thing is a big thing for me too. the way they look at each other is so sweet. plz dont comment if u are going to say something rude.

Linkpersonally, i do not pretend that bakugo never bullied deku, a lot of haters say that bkdk shippers do, but we dont. its a rough part of their relationship, just like any other relationship has. bakugo is truly sorry for what he did (literally said "I'm sorry, Izuku") and even after all the years of bullying, midoriya even said he's glad his relationship with bakugo is improving. if you are reading this and dont understand, lol this message isn't for you. this is just for anti-bkdks who are jealous their ship isnt receiving as much attnetion.

okay first of all: dkbk in my opinion isnt a horrible ship if done correctly, its not my otp, but again, im a multishipper, so im chill with all bends! legally. or course. and as an avid midoriya roleplayer ive written a lot of back and forth for the two of them, im my case its normally platonic because its-- helping me through my-- toxic ass friendship-- that im mending-- with development-- BUT THATS UNIMPORTANT

but the writing and development, platonic or not, that they have had does make me happy, because its done well, and really resonates

Though I used to be very anti-bakudeku at the start of the series, for a while now midoriya and bakugou (usually with todoroki) have been having a lot of time together and bakugou is becoming much more tolerable even if he isn’t quite “nice” yet. So while I don’t ship it I can see where you are coming from.
No need to be rude over shipping different things (you know, as long as they aren’t illegal or mega creepy etc)
