I did. I want you to know that you're strong and I love you (platonically) so much. You can do it. If she's doing this to you, tell someone. It doesn't matter if they get angry at this point because it all accumulated. I went to the counselors and felt much better afterward. I talked to my doctor, as well. Going to the counselor is the most convenient option.
