Linkim a victim of saying it too..as a Joke. to people within my circle. i also say it to people who i think are horrible people, who i really Truly would not care if they died somehow someway... but intrusive thoughts or intense anger aren't justifyable reasons to tell strangers to kts.. just a thought. i know what intrusive thoughts are i have them i have weird bouts of anger but thats different than consciously typing on a screen KYS!!!!!! KYS!!!!!!!1 KYS!!!!! .. oh this is the same for sh jokes as well. if we could stop that.. that would be great!

such a real post i used to say it jokingly but now i see it being tossed around all the time to random people who don't joke like that and i've grown to hate it
In my personal opinion:
Saying KYS to anyone at any time when its not a joke between friends, shouldnt be done.
Even if u suffer from intrusive thoughts, that doesnt mean ur a bad person. However ACTING on those thoughts, does, if you have an intrusive thought of killing someone, and dont do anything to hurt them, thats okay, its just an intrusive thought, but if you DO kill someone, thats bad and ur a murder.
Knowing that you CANT act on ur bad thoughts is what makes it okay, when u DO act on it despite knowing that thats bad, it being an intrusive doesnt excuse the fact that you did a bad thing and u need to own up to it and not do it again
