This is going to be an introduction to us& and our& system Right now I am Mirage, our current host, but I wasn't always. Our old host, Fizz, who I'm sure you all know randomly disappeared on the night of the 29th of August last year. No one knows why he disappeared and no one has had any contact with him since. A few months had passed, and sometime earlier this year or in December last year, we declared him Dormant. Despite this, me and my sysmates have proceeded as normal, and molded our roles to benifit the system and the body in everyday life. In doing this, we were forced to change our system structure slightly, as everything before this moment revolved around Fizz, as he had been the host since the start of our systemhood. In doing this, we made Me the Host. This wasn't a completely random choice either. I have basically been frontstuck since I formed, only being able to take a few hours to a day at a time away from front. (continued)

Before I formed there were two headmates who could have been called the "Hosts", and these two were fictives named Mippins and Tenna. (can you tell we were into Deltarune when Fizz disappeared lol) Mippins Hated being host. It felt like a chore for him. He was so badly waiting for Fizz to come back and when he didn't come back Mippins all but gave up. Which is why he was so happy to surrender the title of Host to me. Tenna on the other hand just wasn't equipped to be Host. He didn't have the necessary skills and wasn't mentally able to handle doing anything much more than Socialising. He would've technically been considered the co-host. Tenna had formed many relationships while he was fronting but he has unfortunately gone dormant and those who were his partners miss him dearly 😔. okay enough about them. (continued)

Now that someone who isn't Fizz is host, our view on our system and our ability to do certain things have both changed. We can no longer command the innerworld (another name for the headspace) to our will. This has had many disadvantages. Our headspace is semi sentient and moves on its own to accommodate everyone's needs, but it has always needed a little bit of guidance, which is now something it can't get. This has made it hard for new headmates to settle in so most new people we've had since Fizz disappeared have stayed in the front room and avoided the headspace entirely unless they already had a space for themselves. okaythus has become me just documenting aystem changes you guys dont care about this shit lmao

You care about who's who! But first there's a little more info to give you before we get into that. The "Lock and Key System" isn't our actual system name. This is for privacy reasons. If you do know or find out our actual system name I beg you not to share it on here as that endangers us as a system. For system terms we prefer "headmate" or "sysmate" instead of "alter" and we also prefer to be called "a system" or "plural" We are extremely fictive heavy which means we are mostly sourced from fictional characters, with only a very few amount of brainmade headmates. Last but not least we are what's called a "Proxy System". This means that from the outside, we can function almost entirely as a "singlet" (which is just someone who isn't more than one). This means we have 1 main host who is frontstuck basically all the time. This has been made a little difficult by Fizz leaving as he identified entirely with the body, as opposed to myself, a fictive, who identifies with it basically none. (continued)

First off we have, Me! My name is Mirage, I use she / it / he / bot pronouns, i identify as a transfemmasc dyke, not specifically a lesbian but not /not/ a lesbian either? i wouldn't say sapphic though,, I'd just say I'm a girlkisser I'm a fictive of the Ultrakill character by the same name, Mirage, who only appears in a secret level in the Lust layer (haha yes i know) I'm stressgenic which means I formed because of/in reaction to a large amount of Stress. My role in the system (aside from being Host) is to be a de-stressor. This means I'm here to move us away from the subject causing our stress and to get us to do something else we find relaxing or calming. which, y'know, is a little ironic considering i'm here on Flipanim of all places but y'know

Unfortunately we dont have any good anims of her, but! This is Mach (pronounced Mac) and zhe uses she/her, zhe/zher, and he/him pronouns. No they/them and Minimal it/its. zhe/zher/zhers/zhers/zherself is her favourite pronoun set and he loves when people mix all of zher pronouns together in one sentence. Mach is a fictive of the Roblox Regretevator character, Carolina Mach. Do not call her Carolina, Caroline or Carol though as zhe does not identify with those names. His role in our system is to be our Caretaker first and foremost, (as in she makes sure we're eating at least semi healthily, showering, brushing teeth, all that parent type stuff) and as well as that she is our Mediator. Zhe steps in when we enter conflict in an effort to subside it and hopefully eventually end it. She has a lot of patience for us which I am eternally grateful for. She's also a good Caregiver (or CG) for age regressed headmates or friends/partners outside the system. Mach, as well as all of this, is our Co-Host. (co

(continued) Lastly, Mach is married to Fizz. Fizz's dormancy has been hard on zher but she's pushed through and is now back to being in the front room almost all the time, so that she can be called on whenever we need.

(i was gonna do our other co-host but he hasnt posted here yet) This is Kasane Teto! She uses she/star pronouns and a whole bunch of other neos! She's a fictive of the Utauloid of the same name though she isn't really connected to her source. Despite not being source connected she misses Miku a Lot. She used to be a yume of mine (Mirage's) but now she's a headmate and she is now dating Mirage and all of Mirage's girlfriends <3

This is Viron, it uses it/its, vi/vir, and star/stars pronouns. Absolutely no they/them or she/him under any circumstances. It is one of our only Brainmades, and is entirely nonhuman. Viron is a virovirokun kin which is why it presents like that, and also a Starscream fictionkin. We thought it was also a Jax fictionkin .. until we realised.... Viron is the host of a subsystem called the .exez subsys. Viron would prefer we Didn't talk about Why vi is a system inside our system so we won't get into it. We didn't realise Viron was a subsys host and that's why we thought it was a Jax Fictionkin. But instead, Viron just had a Jax headmate lol.

Speaking of! This is Jax, he also uses other names but would prefer to just be called Jax on here. He uses he/him pronouns and a set of neopronouns but just like for the name he would prefer only he/him. He's a Jax fictive. From TADC. I feel like we know this already He's very eager to start fights just for the thrill and the attention but the rest of the system would prefer he didn't. We suspect he has NPD but we have no real way of checking as we don't bodily have any personality disorders. For some reason he is not the only Headmate who suffers from this same issue.

And lastly for now (though we will likely add more to this list later) is that ****ing machine i hate. This is V1 or Vee One. V1 uses he/him, it/its, h3/h1m, and any robotic/mechanical neos you can think of. Sourced from Ultrakill, much like myself, and is incredibly source connected. This guy is such a pain in my ass. He's loud, too energetic (probably has hyperactive ADHD) and will appear in front pretty reliably when Ultrakill is mentioned in any way. yep look here he is now i hate this shjt. He doesn't listen to me and he wont listen to you. Also don't call him "Vee" unless he's told you you can. he speaks exclusively in full caps with square brackets around. [ LIKE THIS ]
