well about that the guy who recommended this place to my mom told me it'd be one week then when I got here I talked to staff about it a few days later and one said "well he isn't supposed to tell you how long people are staying but it typically is a week" and I also heard another staff say that a kids discharge date/release is a team decision so I don't actually know I also locked myself in my room out of frustration and had a mental breakdown which had the police called so if anything that probably lengthened my stay so
