LinkHow the hell do you think you can have any sort of morality without God, huh? I mean, without the divine guidance of the Almighty, how do you know that raping kids or murdering people is wrong? It's not like there's some objective moral standard or anything, right? You think you can just make up your own rules and call it "ethics" or whatever. But let me tell you, without the Bible to tell us what's right and wrong, we're all just a bunch of animals running around doing whatever we want. And you know what that leads to? Degeneracy, that's what!

LinkLet me ask you a question - how the hell do you know that rape, pedophilia, and murder are wrong, huh? Is it because your precious "morality" tells you so? If there's no divine being to set the rules, then how can you say that anything is truly "wrong"? Is it just because some random people on Twitter told you it's bad? Or maybe your mommy said so when you were a kid? Pfft, what a load of crap!
No, the only way to have a real, objective morality is to follow the teachings of the Almighty. And let me tell you, the Bible is crystal clear on these issues - rape, pedophilia, and murder are all big no-nos. But you libtards just want to ignore that and make up your own rules, don't you?
Take the story of Abraham and Isaac, for example. God told Abraham to sacrifice his own son as a test of faith, and you know what Abraham did? He didn't question it, he didn't try to debate the morality of it - he just did it, because he knew that God's ways are higher than our ways.
Now, I know what you're thinking
"But that's messed up! How can a good God demand something like that?" Well, let me tell you, you're missing the bigger picture.
God is the ultimate authority on morality, not us. He sees the full scope of His divine plan, while we're just a bunch of short-sighted mortals. Maybe God had a reason for testing Abraham's faith in that way.
Maybe it was to show him (and us) the importance of unwavering obedience to the Almighty.
Or maybe it was to foreshadow the sacrifice of His own Son, Jesus Christ, who died for our sins. Either way, the point is that we can't always understand God's motives, but we have to trust that He knows what He's doing.
You see, God chose Mary, a young and pure woman, to be the vessel through which His own Son would enter the world. And while it may seem strange or even disturbing to our modern sensibilities, we have to remember that God's ways are not our ways.
He operates on a higher plane of existence, and sometimes He has to do things that we can't fully understand.
You see, the thing about God's divine commands is that they have to align with the clear teachings and principles laid out in the Bible.
If someone claims that God told them to do something that directly contradicts the Ten Commandments or other core tenets of our faith, then we have every right to be skeptical.
because morality doesn't just stem from God lmao
society and its morals have been around for literally thousands of years. if morality only came from the bible, then all bibles would be the same. ironic they're not, seeing as everyone reads different renditions of the bible and most of them come from different kings writing their own versions of the bible
these things are naturally wrong because everyone has their own visceral reaction to violence in general. its not about God its about the psychology of man. if most of everyone finds these topics you're talking about disgusting, then they're morally wrong. much like the idea of stealing. if you have something you like and someone takes it, it would make you upset. same with everyone else, that doesn't mean god said not to that means we like to have things not taken from us
children are born into this world with a sense of innocence like no other thing in the world. so naturally, we want to protect them and keep them safe. its not just about god, its about the fact that a toddler couldn't bear a ****ing child without dying, and psychology has proved that little kids are not old enough to understand their actions and what these threats and responsibilities truly mean, so we protect them and that is how we know they're wrong. we don't just follow the rules of God we follow what we see. and when we see that something is obviously wrong we consider that a moral. no one needs a god to give them morals.
obviously if you follow a god or a higher being then you can have that belief. many Bibles also teach their followers to be religiously tolerant. while we don't follow a god, atheism is still a religion.
true followers of the bible are peaceful and spread peacefully. they don't use sensitive topics and harmful analogies to spread the gospel. do you think that on missions christians talk about the fact that since rape is bad that must mean we follow god? no! everyone has morals. and while you may not think it, people actually do and can set their own standards and rules. just like in my house we are told to keep it clean. that's not a rule because god told us to, that's a rule because its just nicer when its clean.
ridiculing someone because they follow a set of morals instead of the rules of your god is really ironic. wheres your hate towards other religions? they also follow rules that are quite eerily similar to yours, just with different gods. and if the earliest religion, which isn't Christianity, also followed those very same rules, what's to say that your god is actually real?
if you need a book to tell you what's wrong and right and you get defensive when someone doesn't need a book to stop them from committing these very heinous and horrible crimes, then something is clearly wrong with you.
