LinkI use Sumo Paint, Art Tool Sai, ummmmmmmmmmmmm and (sometimes) Microsoft Paint.
The only other one I have is Drawception
(It’s really fun since it tells you what to draw)
Diviantart, Flipanim, a tiny bit of Drawception and Toonator. For yt animations I animate with MS Paint (there are tutorials its an actual thing you can animate with)
I only have a chromebook, and a dell with my animation tablet, but since the dell is broken with viruses, I can't really download any cool animation stuff.. that's why I use Flipanim, plus, Flipanim is easier to use.
Sites: well besides this, nothing.
Programs: MS Paint, Krita, and Opentoons. If on my chromebook, sketchpad.
