This is to everyone here. When you need to vent you often don't go to parents, friends, or loved ones. You go to social media, or FlipAnim. It is okay to vent but it is better to talk to someone, call them shoot them a text if you don't have a phone, write a note and tell them you need to talk. I know its hard to come out of your shell and talk to someone, but don't keep it all in, you need to tell someone before it gets out of hand. Staying silent isn't good care for mental health, I know I am only 12 almost 13, but I stayed silent, and I lied about how I was feeling, it didn't help anything, lying is the worst thing you can do, it is no better than silence. If something is making you stay silent like your scared to come out, or your scared that everyone will think you're doing it just for attention. Then talk with a trusted adult first like, a teacher, a counselor, I know we are on quarantine, but you always have email. Or if you are close with one of your friends parents, talk to them. Trust me, this helps
My sister, spent a week in a mental hospital because she kept everything in, now I am dedicating my life to helping everyone come out of there shell and talk about how they feel, I am just hoping that you can talk to someone and tell them how you feel. Please don't keep it all in, it will end up driving you insane. Please if you can't talk to anyone about it. Reply to this and I will try to give the best advice on how to approach this with your loved ones and trusted people.
