No no no and no. I normally don't comment on vents because I don't know what to say, but I do this time around because I've been in an 'I can't do it headspace' before you've probably heard this countless times but you can do it right you just need to practice! however with a mindset of 'I can't do it' you're never going to be able to do it. instead, tell yourself I'm not very good at this, but that's okay, I'm learning at my own pace. if it gets too frustrating, take a break and calm down.
