Fist click on the pencil and without going into the beta editor draw a large circle of any color and in it anover circle but ot a different color and smaller size.Click the gear icon,then the red arrow then the beta editor and click the gear and then use the green arrow to find the file called"Flipanim" and click on it(if nothing happened try uploading the file again)the same there will be two circles in your beta editor you should enladge those circles and blur will appear around the edges(increase until you get the blur you want)Hope this is clear!)))
