Put the knife away, or whatever sharp object you're using
Take a marker and draw a flower where you wanted to cut instead
Breath in and out, in and out, if crying helps, do that as well,
It's hard, but you'll get through it

If heard of that trick. Draw a butterfly on your wrist or something, and name it someone you love. If you want to cut, you'll know its there. Let it fade. No washing or scrubbing at it either.. Im here for you :c
