The best thing you can do right now, even if it's boring is turning all of your electronics and lights off, and lay in bed. it will take a while, but the more nights you do this, the easier it will be to sleep and the faster it will be and you will wake up more refreshed. trust me, I have done this and it makes wonders. You aren't sacrificing anything either, you are in fact gaining things from your sleep. so I would advise that you fix it as soon as you can. I hope this helps you! :D
