I don't know why i'm so upset today anymore. In the morning,i woke up crying. Had a dream about a friend i lost. Through out the morning: comfort eating,breakdowns,i'd snap at anyone who'd just- talk to me- and stuff An 1 hour ago i couldn't breathe. And then i broke down again This has absolutely nothing to do with the drawing,i'm just confused

And yet i'm still upset. And i still want to cry but i don't know why-

It kind of helped writing all that stuff down but 👌
