Linkpfp: when your at your profile page, there will be a button at the top of every post, say, 'add as profile'
frame speed: the dashed line just above the drawing area is the frame speed.

When you go to your profile, you should see set as avatar above every anim you make
In beta editor there's a number line like thing at the top that changes the speed
