Never heard that theory
But when I was younger I used to have a sort of line across my back (from my right shoulder to my left hip) it was thick
And a bit strawberry colored. I outgrew it though but that was my birthmark.
So going by that theory I guess I either got stabbed in the back or someone cut out that mark and I died of blood loss and lack of medical attention
