No its Kokichi Ouma from the game series Danganronpa a murder mystery game where you play as a different protagonist each game but it is about 13/12 high school students trapped in a school named hopes peak academy not going to say the other places to prevent spoilers but they are trapped by a robotic bear named Monokuma and to get out a student must murder another and not be found out if they are found out in a class trail they will get executed.
Btw each game has 6 chapters and the 1-2 reload bundle containing the first 2 games costs 35.98$ on steam right now and 39.99$ on PS4 and the newest game Danganronpa V3 costing 59.99$ on both plat forms.
Oh and before I forget DON'T look it up on youtube to avoid spoilers for the game plus I fogot to mention the anime Danganronpa 3 but don't look anything on that game until you play and finish the first Danganronpa games then play V3 because V3 has a different story line then the anime
