Starshifter is an adult male Nightiwng who is the main protagonist of my next fanbook which is basically a biography on him
he can se the future and read minds and possesses a certain animus ruby that allows him to get in others minds and mess with them even more than darkstalker could-
he is also one of the most powerful Nightwing seers and has written some very important prophecies
any time i rp itl probably be with him
he is good friends with Darkfrills the Rainwing and Nova the Nightwing-
im not gonna spoil any more

He has jewls inlaid in his tail/wings /behind eyes but I was to lazy to draw them
He is a smol part nightwing but doesn't look it so he inland stuff in his scales to seem like a hybrid,but in reality he just looks like a v e r y fancy skyping.
Occasionally a dragonet will try to take them off or touch them in amazement,becaus enot many skywings have jewln inlaid nowadays
