I’ll just put it here ig- Uh So what I was feeling was like me not being able to control anything I thought or felt emotionally and I really fuvking thought I was just scared of myself. I literally felt like at any moment I would kms. I was shaking a little too much. I couldn’t do anything to help myself. It fuvking sucks. And me being the person who switches up my emotions so quickly I thought I would be able to get over it. I swear didn’t want to even cry or choke. But I also couldn’t just not do it.

I thought I could fuvking block off all of my recent comments and make a post to do so. No title no nothing. But I swear I couldn’t even do it without saying what I was going to do.

My neck hurts now but I don’t want to lay down or do anything. Because I feel like it will happen again.

I don’t want to sleep. I don’t feel tired at all. Even tho I cried so fuvking much
