Rye cant speak and her eyes are always closed that's why she has the eyeball pin she only opens her eyes in extremely severe or serious moments she guides oki around and helps her do daily activities because oki is blind. oki speaks for rye because rye help her out oki always knows what rye wants to say because oki can read minds (also oki floats/hovors she doesn't walk oki is also kane's little sister and rye knows oki because she is one of kane's extremely close friends and oki and rye are together almost all the time <33)
