Kai sat at a bench with his scate board next to him and rummaged through his backpack

Kai decided to Take a walk in the forest. he walked down a graval path though the woods
Kai stopped at a small clearing and sat own on a log. he sat there watching the sunset
Kai took out his flashlight and shown it on the shadows around him.

and then he dies at the age of 50 for the last time- which is a year after the war ends-
yeah... a lot happens.
So it would be highly unlikely he ever sees any offspring of his grow any older than 8 years before he just poofs off until sad offspring is an adult-
