Adrien and Marinette were cuddling in a corner, Marinette snoring gently on Adrien's shoulder. Adrien suddenly heard the sounds of rope snapping, and the cries of a man and woman. The man's voice called out, "ADRIEN, WAKE UP! PLEASE!" ... It was his father. Meaning the woman was Nathalie. A tear rolled down Adrien's face as he shut his eyes, seeing what was going on from a 3rd person point of view, well, what it seemed like at least. Adrien's father was holding Adrien's lifeless body, sobbing, hugging the body tightly. Then, Nathalie walked over to the desk to sit down from the stress, and saw the ring and note. The note read, "Im sorry Father and Nathalie.. I couldn't go on. Not losing her like that." Nathalie suddenly understood, grabbing the ring and sobbing more. Gabriel looked up, Nathalie walking over, falling to her knees, and showing him the ring. Gabriel's eyes widened, realizing that he was the reason Adrien died.. known Marinette had woken up and was trying to wake him up. Apparently, Adrien had been crying. He explained to Marinette what he saw, and she hugged him tightly, whispering. "I wish we could both go back.."
