i got a new therapist yesterday !!
don’t get me wrong, my old one was a sweetheart but i don’t think she understood me that well T-T the one i had yesterday was SO communicative back which i love because when people recap what i said and reply often it lets me know they’re listening and im actually getting a NEW one next week who apparently specializes in teens so im very excited !
um um im really stressed about what im gonna do about my birthday party which i shouldn’t be leaving it to other people to decide since its MY party but two people already have suggested i have the party at my house so i can invite lots of people but im afraid if i invite multiple people ill get kind of.. left behind at my own party because everytime we all have a get together it kind of feels like that.. gulp.. but um i wanted to go to urban air again this year
