I don't exactly know what body dysmorphia is like. Though I imagine it is really shitty. With me i get really disphoric and detached from my body. Feeling like the body I have isn't mine. It sucks. It can even be hard to shower sometimes because I break down and cry. I don't know if body dysmorphia is similar to gender dysphoria or not. I know it must suck though. Hang in there dude/dudette.
