Yeah I decided because sometimes when people upload a animation with the new editor it’s to fast so I would rather have it to slow than to fast.

1: the black you get in the original palette in the editor. 2: the paint roller

Use the black as the back ground and choose one of the grays to make the background lighter making dots I like using the second to last biggest brush. Then if you don’t like having it that colour go over it with the paint roller with the colour of your choice. (Be aware soms colours might not look good)
