Honestly, whatever label you think fits you is the right one.
Omni, Pan, and Polysexual all fall under the Bi umbrella.
From what I know, I don't think you're pan, because pan people tend to not have gender preferences.
Calling yourself bi is super valid and cool my dude.
I'm going to try to talk about the labels in the Bi umbrella that I know of:
Bisexual: Attraction to two or more genders
Pansexual: Similar to Bisexual, but Pan people don't have gender prefrences like Bi people do, they are often called 'gender blind', becuase gender does not affect their attraction.
Polysexual: Attraction to many, but not all genders. For example, they may be attracted to every gender except for female.
Omnisexual: Attraction to every gender, but with gender preferences. Sort of the 'or more' part of the Bisexual label.
