okay! (boink) a couple sounds of clanking metal, some screws being turned and a faint sound of a clock ticking could be heard in a room full with things to be fixed. there lied a cookie with dirty blonde hair tied up with the help of a purple to blue bow, as small hums could be heard. “ aand done! ” the cookie would smile, setting down his wrench and wiping a some dirt off his cheek with the help of his jacket sleeve.

“ gosh was that a long fix, how'd in the millenial tree did that get broken?, did someone tamper with the screws?,, ” he'd mutter to himself, making sure he hadn't missed any parts. (okay okay question!, would they know each other? if not I have this idea in mind, that's only if you'd like and hear that out, though!)

(alr! ty ^^) cosmos star cookie sighed in relief as he didn't miss a part and left the room. he thankfully had finished everything he had for the day , and so he could head out. (because boy have I forgetten how stuff works) once cosmos finally left the time balance department, he skipped forward onto his favorite sandwich shop and went on to get himself an order.

(mmm, that's a family issue and sadly can't be cured, sorry maikol™) (and maybe they could just see eachother at random? like at that library you mentioned or somewhere else? just a suggestion ^^") once he finally got his order because writing short is key, he walked on out to figure out where to go next.

cosmos star figured he could go to the very convenient and totally not for rp purposes library after finishing his sandwich, and so he did that. once he did so, he decided to walk in to again, see what he could find himself doing.

honestly here's a line saying that he saw Micheal. done. “ oh! hey hey Micheal! ” he'd wave from a distance, being quiet bc yk, library

(boink) “ that's great to hear! ” he'd reply, deciding to sit down w/ him because why not.

“ ah, to be honest, I was gonna get a book on engineering after I finished work but I ended up seeing you, so I switched the plan and went to say hi! ”

“ oh, just to perfect my skills yknow! ” he'd smile.

(here!) “ ah,, well you see, it's more of a,,, time management thing, like fixing timelines and stuff, but I do fix some normal things in the TBD, however! ” he'd explain, messing with the strand in his hair.

im so sorry for the delayed reply,) he'd let go of the strand in his hair and looked at the book's cover. “ what are you reading? ” he'd point to the book, tilting his head in curiosity.

“ ah, I see! what's it about, if you don't mind me asking? ” he'd smile, quite intrigued.

“ hmm,, well I've heard about it from my peers, but I haven't played it. what's it about? ”

“ ooh, what an interesting concepr! ” his eyes would widen with stars glittering in them.

“ ah, I see,, well it must be a interesting read then! oh, I nearly forgot to get my book! i'll be right back, M! ” cosmos jolted up from the chair he was in and walked over to find the book he desired to see.

after a good 5 minutes of searching, he came back with two books; a book about time travel and a book abou5 engineering. “ I figured these could help me out! sorry if I kept you waiting or something, ” he'd sheepishly chuckle.

he'd smile, returning to sit down on his seat and set his eyes on the book, noticing Michael staring at his mask beforehand. “ is something the matter?, ”

“ ah, I see.. ” he'd slowly avert his eyes to the books in his hands, opening one before hearing the beeping. “ hm? what's that noise? ”

“ a what now? ” he raised a brow, quite confused.

“ ah, al..right? ” he'd say with a skeptical voice, returning to his book.

“ alright, see you! ” he'd wave. hmm, idk since I kinda forgot how some of them act :,] ))
