actually i am also vry similalr to him 💔 i always end up getting like??? obsessively attached to characters i have a lot in common with and honestly its probably a problem</3
other times i like characters sm so i scower to find our similarities or make myself more like them !
I DO THAT TOO OH MY GOD WHHAT THE ****. there are times i get so attached to a character i get like a um. delusional attachment and believe i am them in a twinlike way like.. ill use the same name and believe i even look like them but at the same time separate myself from the character and continue pining over said character ( looking directly at macaque )
ive never considered a character to a point w delusional attachment.
i just.. wanna be them sm. or like them, bc i think ill be cooler that way.
or i use the character as a way to validate my issues.
like midoriyas obsessiveness and anxiety n stuff,

frfr. i think when i get delusional attachments it has a lot to do with past trauma and how it affected me now. it starts off with me liking the character and being attracted to them and evolves into getting a delusional attachment when i realize how alike we are. like you said im sure it has to do with validating issues of my own, but also like. not feeling so alone. like even though these guys are fictional they make u feel seen or whatever ( ex. kaeyas fatherly/sibling issues and the weight of his nation on his shoulders and him being their last hope, him putting up his wall of confidence or macaque and wukong leaving him behind resulting in an outburst of anger and him getting killed by wukong, who still hate eachother after macaques revival, though they had a bit of a bonding moment)

and one of them is a self insert named vokal and she is me
and she is SO cool !
YEAHH ive also made something of a mha oc.. partially based off of hawks... its more like a mha sona except. its a self insert. basically what i'd like MY quirk to be..
AND YEAH THATS TOTALLY VALID AND COOL i just get. really. obsessively attached to characters. scratches my head
mmmyyy. thing. the quirk i came up with. feathers that u can generate with my body sort of like that one lady from 1b. um theyre like.. mind controlled like hawks' feathers and can be shot like bullets. theyre usually soft but can be hardened into blade-like-scale-things with a hardness level of 7.5. they can be sprouted from the body, building extra limbs which need no mind control as stated, theyre like limbs. this goes for any type of limb. horns, tail, claws,wings, you name it. depending on what the feathers are being used for, controlling them can require more focus than others. umm downsides you can feel in your extra limbs. say if something were to get cut off you would feel that pain. and making the feathers requires stamina so making too many can be exhausting
