Not the one you particularly wanted but... It was something. A hairless cat, but instead of being tan, is was adorned with the egyptian flag, the eagle right smack in the middle of its forehead. It purrs, and rubs its sandpaper-like skin across your leg. Oddly comforting, you thought. A voice with a German accent calls out, "Egypt? Where are you?" You pick up the cat, to its much surprise, and look for the voice. A person- (you think?)- with the German flag as their skin color come around a corner. Your eyes widen, and as they see you, he lets out a yelp. There was an awkward silence, until he spoke up. "Are you a- a- a human..?" "Well of course. what else would i be, a whale?" You retort, clearly confused. He doesn't find any sort of amusement in that comment. "Well- How are you here? And why do you have my cat?" "Well, I stepped in a puddle, and now I'm here. And as for the cat... It came up to me. I didn't know it was yours."

Your voice trembles the slightest bit- you were confused, and scared, and every emotion in between. You had just wanted to get home. "Oh dear, are you alright..?" He pauses, gesturing he needs your name. "(Y/N)." "That is a lovely name." The man walks a little closer to you, looking concerned. "So... what do i call you? Germany?" You meant it as a joke, you didnt know this mans name. "Actually, yes. How could you tell?" "Looks like that flag study club in high school Was good for something..." "Huh? You know what, nevermind. I can take you to my place for a little bit, until we can decide what next. I have... Guests, over, but they're... busy." Germany throws you a faint smile, hoping to cheer you up. "Um... yeah, okay..." You start to really look at him. He wears glasses, a white collared shirt, a red tie, black pants, and brown work shoes. His eyes are baggy, and you notice his voice sounds tired. After some walking, you arrive at a 2 story house.

It's not too huge, but it looks like it could fit 5 people. "Alright, just... be quiet until i say it's safe." He nervously looks into a window, which has faint TV noises and lights, and the occasional shout by someone. He leads you inside. A TV is playing the 2020 Superbowl, and 2 more people like Germany were sitting. You could tell one was Russia, and the other might have been America. The Russian flag waved backwards, with a faint "Hey Germany." His voice had an incredibly thick Russian accent to it. Occasionally, he would the the screaming one to "shut up, it is simply a game. It doesn't even live up to its name." Germany led you to the kitchen, which was near the back of the house. "I am so sorry about them... You can meet them later, once i know it's safe for you to..." "Why wouldn't it be safe for me to meet them?" You query. Germany replies with "Nobody here has seen a human in a long time. I'm just glad it was me you ran into, and not my father, or anyone else, for that matter."

Suddenly, the front door bursts open, and a few voices start overlapping. Germany quickly hides you inside a very spacious cabinet.

Germanay quickly greeted the others, sounding slightly panicked. It was dark, and everything was muffled. Egypt darted out and went to the newcomers. After 10 minutes of cramped, stuffy darkness, Germany ushered you with him upstairs. here, two new people awaited. "(Y/N), I'd like you to meet Ireland and Japan." Ireland was a short country with a four leaf clover growing on his left eye, a green suit, an orange bowtie, a white collared shirt, dark blue jeans, and buckled shoes. Japan was much taller, With a mischevious glint in their eye. a small hair tuft stuck up, and cat ears were clearly visible. A tail was swaying excitedly back and forth, and they wore a male anime school outfit. (Japan is gender neutral in this.) Both of them were completely dumbfounded as to what stood in front of them. Egypt came up the stairs and rubbed your leg. Ireland started. "Is that really a-" he couldn't finish his sentence. Jokingly, you replied, "What? It's just a cat." Japan chuckled slightly, then cleared their thro

"Well, you are a human, yes? That's really exciting! I bet it's really cool being a human, and having what you call a normal fac-" "Japan, please. I think you're scaring them." You were a little overwhelmed. "I'm fine, I'm just not used to the idea of a whole new world, you know?" Japan nodded, while Ireland walked around you, inspecting. "Well you're obviously similar to us. Except for the fact you're TALL." Germany moved the short country aside. "He just gets self concious." Japan added, "You can MEASURE him up once you're more acquainted." That set the small leprachaun-esque country to go into a full rage. "Your short jokes are funny anymore, you know that!" followed by insults, swears, and analogies very difficult to understand. The noise sent all the guests except the most-likely-America up. Russia entered first. "Germany what is happening up her- HOLY ****! what IS that?" "It's just a cat, no need to be so rude." Japan chuckled again. Such a stupid joke.

The other guests, which you made out to be Ukraine, Italy, Finland, and Canada. Ukraine looked at you with interest, Italy gasped, and took his camera as if you were a famous tour spot. Finland sipped his coffee, stepping forward to see you better, and Canada started asking random, unimportant questions and making comments like, "Wow, humans are cooler than i thought." You backed up, behind Germany. The center of attention wasn't your all-time favorite. America eventually came up to see what the hell was going on, and his jaw dropped. Immediately he bolted over, complimenting you and what you thought was mild flirting. Germany shoved America away, and tried telling everyone to shut up. Ireland shouted, "Everyone shut the **** up, will ya?!"

"Well... Now that (Y/N) is here, we have to decide where they'll stay. And if I catch any of you making one wrong step and she feels uncomfortable, I swear you will pay. Everyone clear?" Not many of them had seen this side of Germany, so everyone nodded, somewhat fearfully. "Good.
