I had a boyfriend once, he broke up with me, then came out as bi and started dating a guy.
Don't get wrong, he is hilarious. But you know, sometimes you just gotta think about the things you've been through, and pick the good over the bad. :)

It just hurts because he was my boyfriend for over a year but I guess it gives me a chance to find someone new who respects me more for who I am? Now that I think about this, he loved my body more than my personality

Honestly honey, same. Being a girl sucks sometimes. But hey, it's his loss, you seem like an amazing person. And yeah we did stay friends, but a lot of his friends make fun of me. But it's all cool, because you just gotta remember there is someone out there waiting to love you, for who you are, not just what you look like.
And also, you are whoever you chose to be, sorry for his-pronouncing you if I did. If you do ever need anyone to talk to just hit me up, and I'll come running.
