He can grab and object, then if he slides his hand across it he can pull a disk out of it, he can control the sizes of disks and even pull disks out of living things, when he does he can either take a ability disk(disable the ability and if he puts it in a disk player gives him information on the ability ) and memory disk(he makes them forget something and can play it to learn about that memory)
