LinkIf you are going through something right now (or not) it is always important to take just 5 minutes out of your day to stop, slow your breathing counting in for 3 counts, holding it for 3, releasing it for 3 and repeating, trying your best to clear your mind for the time being and simply focusing on the air that enters and exits your lungs
