you/your oc walked into the bar that they normally went to and the first thing that they do is greet the bartender inside.
but..... he's gone.... and it looks like he was replaced by another guy who looked almost identical to the other one.
he had the same hair style, eye color, and clothing..... but he was a pale, milky white tone all over his skin and hair..... and he had horns and a tail.
you/your oc walked up to the counter and sat down in one of the stools and the guy said "welcome back (you/your oc's name) what would you like today?"
The smaller young lady tilted her head in confusion and took a seat on the stool, kicking her feet that barely reached the foot rest on the stool. She rested her head in her hands while leaning over the counter and pursed her lips “Th-Thats odd- d-did you do something different?”
Carlos: What do you mean, karma? *he had lines going across ever joint, from what you could see*
Karma kinda leaned over the counter, reaching out for him while her tail wagged hesitantly as she did so. She was mostly curious about the horns “Wh-What’s this?”
Carlos: Um.... *backed up slightly* I don't know.... I just woke up a couple days ago and saw them
Karma didn’t care that other people might be looking, in fact she might be a little tipsy already. She climbed onto the counter and reached out for him once more “L-Let me see-“
Carlos: Karma! What are you doing?! *looked up at her a bit worried*
Karma pouted ever so slightly and dropped her hands to her slides, narrowing her eyes “C-Cone on j-just..let me see-“
Carlos: *sighed* they're very much in sight and easy to see.... *his tail flicked a bit then slowly went down*
She made grabby hands at him, clearly wanting to see them closer “I-I wanna s-see if they’re an-anything like mine!”
Carlos: *sighed and rolled his eyes* fine.... *tilted his head down so karma could see them closer*
Karma went ahead and pressed her fingers onto his horns, mentally comparing them to hers, one of hers was broken but it didn’t seem to matter much to her
After a while she let go, smiling a bit “I-I think it’s cute, don’t you?”
Carlos: *pulled his head back once she let go* mmm I guess..... Also... Why just the horns?
Karma hopped back down and onto the stool again, wagging her tail “We-Well my ta-tail is rather sensitive- so I thought yours might be too-!”
Carlos: Hm.... I guess... Cause first thing I noticed was that my hair isn't brown anymore.....
She nodded, rubbing her arms and shivering ever so slightly “M-Maybe you were cursed..”
Carlos: I doubt that..... *he looked at his hands and the lines on his joints*
not sure if this is still open but it looks awesome-))
He grumbled slightly, "just the usual whisky...anyway you seem different..."

Carlos: Alright! *started getting his drink ready as he looked back* what do you mean?

"you seem like a different person... not one I've ever known..."
Carlos: Hm.... Weird..... *hands him a whiskey* I'm still the same Carlos that you knew before "the incident"
"what incident?..." he sat down, taking the whisky in hand, a bit confused by what he ment
Carlos: Something happened to me and now my whole appearance changed..... Like how I have horns and a tail.... And my hair is no longer brown..... Plus I'm kinda see-through!? *looks at his hands and holds them up a bit* my joints all have a line going around them *looked slightly panicked*
"huh...do have any memory of what happened?..." he took a sip of his whisky, confused.
Carlos: A dark room.... And.... Blood..... Lots of blood *dried clean cups to calm himself down* all my blood....
Carlos: Maybe..... Cause my mom hugged me for the first time in years when I saw her..... She was crying when she saw me like this.....
"I think you may have died then...If that's the case I wounder how you got here..."
Carlos: Hm.... *looks at his hands again* well.... Anything is possible if you put your mind to it......
"guess so..." he continued to drink some of the whisky, happy as could be.
Carlos: *he attended to a couple of people who called him over then walked back to shade* anything else?
he finished off the whisky and set it down, his ears held high, "more whisky please... other then that I'm unsure..."
"been alone in the woods as usual, came to town to see if anything changed in a week, seems the only thing that changed was you though... other than being lonely most the time, I'm good, what about you?.." he sighed, drinking more whisky.
Carlos: Mm.... I'm doing pretty good. I just recently set up a karaoke station so that I can watch people doing drunk karaoke *chuckled a bit* its really funny to see people trying to do their best in here ^^
"agreed, it's amusing to hear them sing when they're to drunk to speak well haha" he snickered slightly, his tail wagging slowly.
Carlos: *laughed a bit* heh heh yup! These people are so drunk that they're near a blackout... Then you've got the sober friend who needs to drive them home
"gotta feel bad for the sober friend, I can only imagine what they deal with... every drunk is different though..." he was getting a little tipsy from the whisky, finishing off the glass again, setting it down awaiting a repour of the stuff.
Carlos: *knowing shade he poured another glass for him* yep, and to be honest..... I'm scared of some of the people who come in sober then get drunk and almost tear up the bar
"fair enough, I'm surprised this bar doesn't have security, quite a bit of them usually do" he sighed, drinking a bit more of the whisky, smiling slightly.
Carlos: Eh *shrugged* its not really a big enough bar for that.... *saw some people playing cards, with some money in the middle, at one of the tables* drunk gamblers....heh.... Fun
"that could end in a lot of ways haha... I've done my fair share of that... ended up in debt to the guy... wasn't in debt anymore in the morning though haha..."
Carlos: Did that once too, fun but i almost lost everything..... But then I won and got everything, and now i've got a bar
"lucky... I wasn't able to win it back sadly, but hey at least I wasn't alone for that night..." he snickered, he found that experience amusing.
Carlos: *laughed a bit* yeah... To bad you didn't get it back! But, hey, you have somewhere to go to lose yourself in free drinks at anytime ^^
"fair enough and I'm hella happy about that!" he finished off the glass once more, a bit woozy, but not drunk yet.
"indeed heheheh..." his tail would wag slowly, awaiting eagerly for more whisky.
carlos: haha ^^ *pours him another glass then pours himself a glass*
"you feeling brave today hmm?.." he drank down the whisky with a smile.
"haha... If you say so..." He finished off the glass again, getting a bit drunk.
carlos: more i'm guessing? *held up the bottle and he took a sip from his own cup*
"damn right darling~" he said it with a tone, his tail wagging eagerly, a wide smirk on his face.
He chugged it this time, setting the empty glass down, waiting for it to get refilled again.
Carlos: Alright! *handed shade the whole bottle and took a sip of his*
Shade took the bottle, guzzling it down with ease, his ears perked.
He set the empty bottle down, his tail wagging hastily, a slight smirk on his face, looking over at Carlos.
Carlos: *leaned onto his arms which he rested on the counter* whys that?
"Don't know, something about you seems to lure me closer by the minute~"

"Ehh.. just a water. And a beer, maybe 6." He said laying his head on the counter , skeptical on why he looked different.

carlos: heh alright *getting all of his drinks ready* ^^

carlos: damn! whys that? *set a water and two of the beers he asked for on the counter* also im gonna let you finalize your drink amount so i'm giving you 2 for now *chuckled a bit*
