LinkYour line work is really good! But I would try to change the proportions of the head and body, also the neck is quite large

I really like Lucy's design. The simple looking cat with fun bright eyes and wings gives a lot of contrast
You should study some anatomy for animals and humans. I suggest you look at skeletons and use shapes. Also try some other poses here and there, it will help you improve!!
I quite like the character, all you really need to improve on is anatomy and your line work. Other than that, keep up the good work!
