okay yes i made this oc when i was 8 dont judge but i decided to add some things (specail thanks to legend animatior for helping with the desgin choices!) so heres whats new 1 a top hat because who doesnt love top hats 2 eye color, cause black eyes are soulless (for my ocs) 3 a cat print on her hoddie (thanks legend!) 4 purple hairdye at the end of her hair
