You MUST have neon colors, this is a 80's/90's chic contest.
you may use black and white
You can be violent, it's okay.
you can do a vaporwave feel to it, if you'd like. that was basically the 80's/90's

I chose early eighties. I'd be a later-wave punk, hence the tartan trousers, but I's still keep the top hat. The top hat's the mandatory neon, blue (obviously).
