Tbh most of the art styles I have used are other people's art styles, or are just different styles put together. I mostly just look up art on google search, find a piece of art I like, then just try to copy that style (Without tracing).

Idrk, I just draw the lineart, add coloring with the paint bucket tool, and add shading using the paint roller tool.
