i binge too im sorry u feel thatway, i found it good for me when i binge eat healthier things tht i like like fruit n stuff, but sometimes i just go straight to icecream or sum shi so i understand,,,,
Ya fr if I could just binge healthy food instead of garbage I'd probably be a bit better at least
