Miquai
A harsh winter breeze swept through the trees, chilling everything as it went. Miquai's stomach grumbled hungrily. He longed for morsels of food, even the tiniest bit of gazelle. Unfortunately, this was impossible.
You see, his clan, like almost every other, had a rank. This stated that females and cubs were fed first, and were in charge. And what was Miquai? A male hyena.
Food was scarce in his African Savannah, the grass was frozen with frost climbing up it's stalks. Dead to make room for new grass to bloom in the springs.
The trees that normally provided shelter from the cold winds were stripped of their protective leafs. Gazelles died from starvation and the bitter cold.
"Why can't I hunt for myself? There's a herd of Gazelles over there," Miquai wondered, although he already knew the answer. The clan would smell the food he ate, and that would end in several harsh scratches that he had already witnessed other hyenas suffer through.

Linkp of bark wrapped around their stomachs. Strands of grass had been stuck by a sticky tree sap to form donut shaped rings which were stuck onto the bark. There were 5 rings total, and the more rings you had the higher ranking you had. Miquai had just 2 rings, and he felt severely bad for the rank 1 hyenas.
He thought about going solo. "During this harsh winter?" Miquai said to himself, "I must be going crazy!". But in the end he decided to go hunt, and then roll in some mud.
Just as he was padding off, he heard a shuffling behind him. Miquai spun around and bared his teeth, before flattening his ears and backing down. "A-Angelime! What're you doing here?" Miquai yelped in surprise, for she was a rank 5 hyena.
"It's me, you seem so surprised. And nervous," Angelime said suspiciously, "Now, the question is, what are YOU doing here?"
Miquai's fur bristled, "I'm, uh, hunting to feed YOUR belly!" He lied, trying to disguise his fib by being fierce, "So be grateful,"
Angelime sniffed the air, obviously sniffing

Linkto see if he had been hunting for himself. Finding nothing, she glared at him and stalked off towards her den. Miquai exhaled with relief, and walked off to find some food.
I like the design but not really a fan enough to offer Lumina for them.
