It looks like their in the wind so Foxy's hair is blowing but George's hairs aren't XD. I decided to make the tail move since it makes the animation look dead without a FEW blinking eyes or moving tails, hairs etc etc.

I really like the hair on Foxy, new hair style for Doggy and other boys? Vote.
