I sometimes get anxiety attacks especially when I'm drawing and family members walk past me, I feel as though I'm being watched and judged from other peoples perspective weather it's bad or good... regardless I'm in constant fear of other's thoughts towards me, and I don't know how to keep it under control.

I need to see a therapist at some point, hopefully soon...
