Tord sighed, walking down the street with his hands in his pockets. Thanks to Tom, his red hoodie was covered in grape jelly, so he had to resort to wearing his black one.
(This is only my third time rp so sorry if i'm bad)
Serina was at a cafe, drinking iced tea and eating a chocolate chip cookie. She sighed looking at the random strangers walking down the streets.
Tord looked up at the darkening clouds. “Shit, it’s gonna rain.” He growled. Taking a quick left, he walked into the little cafe just as the rain started to fall.
Shaking the few drops that cling to his hoodie, he sat down in an empty chair and ordered some strange drink.
Serina was looking around at the cafe, and spotted a familiar face.
"Is that-?"
She walks toward tord.
“What do you want?” He asked without looking up, taking a sip of his strong smelling drink.
He glances up, takes another sip, and sighs. “Am I supposed to?”
"What's up with your hoodie?" She asked while glancing at the black hoodie he was wearing.
“Tom - er, a roommate of mine... dirtied the other one.” He said with a small growl.
“Good thing he’s not here then.” He flashed a smile before finishing the last of his drink.
"Yeah...i guess? Tho don't you like tom?" She asked, raising her eyebrows up and down.
He blushed slightly, but tried to keep a cool look. “I dunno what you’re talking about.”
His face got darker and he pulled up his hood. “If you don’t I’ll shoot you.”
He looked around, hoping no one heard. “Shhh~! Don’t get me caught.” He hissed.
"I won't...but could you teach me how to shoot? Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz"
She begged.
He thought for a second. “Ah!” His grey eyes sparked, and he grabbed her hand, running to the back of the cafe, into the back room.
“Shh... it should be right~” he moves a box, then pressed a tile on the wall. He heard a click as a door opened beside them. “Yes!”
“Let’s just say, i know my way around this town.” He winked and led her into the hallway that had opened. As soon as they had stepped in, the doors closed behind them, plunging the hall into darkness.
"Um, where is the light switch? I can't see a thing." She said, a bit worried.
"Hey-Tord!"
She starts walking, then asks randomly "wait, are you planning on killing me here by surprise so that no one would find any evidence?"
He gave a deep laugh from somewhere behind her. Suddenly, a match was lit and he stood in front of her. “Rawr!” He barked.
“Ow ****-“ he dropped the torch, and the room plunged into darkness again.
He didn’t say anything and it was silent for awhile before he let out a muffled sniff.
"Omg are you crying? I swear i didn't do it on purposeeee, I'll give you ten cookies okay? Plz forgive meeee"
She took out her backpack and took her box of cookies.
“N-no I’m not crying...” he said, his voice shaky as he was obviously lying.
She let out a yelp
"But-"
"I'm still sorry, how can i make it up to you?"
He sighed, standing up and lighting another match, sliding it against the torch. “Nevermind it. Let’s just go.”
Wiping his mouth, he continued to walk. “It doesn’t matter.” A few minutes later he walked through a door and into a shooting arena.
"i'm concerned, but okay."
she starts jumping out of excitement.
"so when do we start? Where are the guns? Can i start shooting? Answer meeee"
Tord gave her a glare. "Calm down or I'm going to use you as a moving target."
"I don't wanna die before getting the chance to use a gun...so fine*
She said , grumpy
He sighed with a smug expression, pulling out a small hand gun from a compartment on the wall and handing it to her.
He walked over to the targets, some shaped like people, others shaped like creatures from who knows where. A few of the most used targets had faces printed on paper and stuck onto the head with tape.
He nods. "Lift the gun with one hand; put your finger over the trigger cover - not the trigger yet - and use your other hand to steady the gun."
He nods. "Good, now watch me." He did the same pose with his hands, bending his knees slightly and sliding one leg behind him for support. He looked over the top of the gun, aiming it at a target with a mauled face of his own. He muttered something in Norwegian before firing and hitting the target right in between the eyes.
"Woah"
She imitates tord, and takes her aim. She closes one of her eyes, and pulls the trigger. The bullet hit the target's cheek.
"Did i do it correctly?" She asks.
He tilts his head slightly. "Mostly. You did good for your first run, but a few tips. Put one leg back to steady yourself; if you're off balance your aim will be off."
She takes the same position as before, making sure to put her leg back for support, and shoots. The bullet hits just above the eye, in the forehead of the target.
"Uh...is that better?"
"Yes! Finally got it right! Now i can shoot TomTord haterssss"
She said all happily.
"Ok, so lead the way back to the cafe, i have no idea where the exit is"
She said, while putting the gun back to the compartment on the wall.
He makes sure that no one is around and walks back into the cafe.
"should i call tom?" she asked, just as she walked back into the cafe, behind tord.
