Well you do a lot of things Point example they make me run around the school three times for warm-up and then we do stretching to Walmart by legs and muscles
Then we get straight into the meeting to talk about our plans and how we're going to work out are strategies to beat the other schools and then we start practicing our strategies or a plan that they gave us

No there's a whole bunch of different things you can do like you can do racing or like you said tossing heavy stuff or practice jumping to I'm in the casting one and I'm also in some other ones I'm currently trying out for some other ones as well!
