1.Make a dark blue colour 2.Flood fill the baground 3.Chose a deferente colour 4.Lower tthe opacaty of that colour 5.draw a circle whit that colour 6.Ad on bigger circles on the first one 7.Repeat that whit onmther colours 8.Add white and yellow spots ad stard 9.As a bit of white (first lowev the opacaty!) and do the same thing like the first time 10.Done!
