I might've had mild or moderate depression for like, 3 or 4 years. Maybe not, but when I hear about symptoms for depression I usually have like, half of them. When I try to tell my mom she either gets mad or ignores me, so I dunno. ᵃⁿᵈ ᵃ ˡᶦᵗᵗˡᵉ ᵇᶦᵗ ᵇᵉᶠᵒʳᵉ ᴵ ᵗᵘʳⁿᵉᵈ ¹² ᴵ ˢᵗᵃʳᵗᵉᵈ ˢᵉˡᶠ ʰᵃʳᵐᶦⁿᵍ ˢᵒ ᵗʰᵃᵗ'ˢ ʲᵘˢᵗ ᵍʳᵉᵃᵗ⁻
Well, try not to. I know it’s hard, but I promise not doing it will help. Talk to someone you trust, preferably a counselor or parent.
Aw, I’m sorry. I’m a very accepting person, so when I hear this kind of thing is happening it makes me upset for that person.
I’m worried that my counselor is gonna send my records to the high school saying that im suicidal-
and I chow this sounds really cheesy but-
I’m also worried that my friends will figure out that I used to cut-
Okay so... counselors aren’t allowed to tell anyone about what you tell them, or not supposed to. And your friends might want to know.
Then keep it a secret. They aren’t your friends if they can’t keep secrets.
