Oh god, hey I'm not good at helping people with this kind of stuff but im sure that you can contact a suicide help line if that makes you comfortable? Unless you really need to vent, sometimes something I find useful is writing down all my stress and anger then burning it or crumpling it all up

Or watch cute videos of cats/dogs Or a comfort streamer you like Or listen to so comforting music Or try going to sleep in your bed in a nice comfy blanket and hugging your pillows
