5'2(He's just smol, but he's like 22)
Theo grew up as a very lonely and rejected child. No one seemed to really care about him, including his family which made him feel horrible. He never really grew up mentally and is very childlike in personality. He keeps a bunch of mannequins which he dresses up and after killing someone will cut their face off and put it on a mannequin after cleaning it the best he can. He just really wants friends and people to care about him, but until then, he can make his own.
