Your oc had been living in a town (you can decide where it is) and this is one bizarre town. Many people with something people call “abnormalities” or “abilities” that enhance their ability to do something in any way. Many are weak ones, but there are a few ones that are very effective.(your oc could have either a strong one or weak one. Up 2 u) and many all out fights between people with these powers are not that big of a news anymore. Your oc was on the way to a store when a young boy (obvious foreigner because of his southern-American accent) got into a fight with a strong looking man. Before anything happened the young boys skin at the tip of his fingers started to crack. Wwyd?

Kieth saw the fight and had been ignoring up until now, trying to continue his shopping normally. when the boys fingers started cracking, he finally paid attention, watching quietly*

Velo: *after the man said something about the way he dresses, he perks his head up, very pissed off* What the hell did you say about the way I dress!?
*things are escalating quickly*
Velo: *skin on his fingers start to fall off like broken concrete, revealing similar fingers, but very sharp claw like fingernails*

he stepped back, his pupil narrowing as he finally took the situation properly serious. he observed the boy for a moment. he had seen his fair share of strange- i mean half the ghosts he had seen had been something out of a movie- but he never expected it on a living person*

Velo: Because I think of you as trustworthy. You certainly don’t look like it, but I believe you’re a good person. Plus you’re the only one who has t made some business off your ability to see ghosts, so I know for sure you’re not just some scam artist. *velo looks desperate, as this is his final lead on where his father is*

he chuckled at their expression before sitting infront of the tv, crossing his legs as he held his hand against the screen. it turned on to static which bended around his hand before he pulled away* "if theres a spirit in this room who recognises this man please make your presence known"
Velo: That’s interesting! *taking notes in head* I guess i outta explain mine. Basically, I can turn into a dinosaur. Strange right? My skin cracks to form scale like shapes on me, and I can grow a tail if I wanted to. I also *opens his mouth and points to his teeth * have sharp teeth!
Velo: This’ll do! *firmly puts the coin between his hands, and then a small yelp could be near coming from his hands. Velo then lifts his top hand, revealing a tiny metal dinosaur that is just waking up.* I can turn small inanimate objects into dinosaurs, not just myself. I’m hoping I’ll make it to where I can make larger things into dinosaurs. Maybe I could make living things into dinosaurs eventually! Wouldn’t that be coo-
*before velo finishes his sentence, something breaks through Keith’s window and flys towards velo at high speeds, knocking the boy down. It drops on the floor, revealing that it’s a almost perfect sphere made out of metal, spinning even after hitting the ground*
Velo: GAH *tumbles on the ground but quickly looks up at the spinning ball* What the hell!?!
Velo: *still startled, crawls away for the ball as the ball spins in a way that launches itself back out the window, ricocheting off of a telephone pole.*

R! [FORGOTTEN]: I’m right here, dipshit!

Velo: *gets to his feet, wiping away blood off his mouth* who the hell are you!?
R![FORGETTEN]: *uses his ability, spin, to spin the air around him, blowing away the glass shards* Lets say that I know what you two are looking for, and I’m not going to let you reach him.
Velo: *starts chuckling* There’s two of us and one of you! You’ll lose, so back down!
R![FORGOTTEN]: *winces in pain at his twisted hand, but starts chuckleing as well* you really shouldn’t assume, yknow.
*knives start flying at Kieth out of no where, while forgotten uses spin to twist his arm back to normal, still injured but less painful and still usable to some degree*
Velo: *although the odds seem unfavorable, velo sits there with a beaming smile on his face* Kieth! Take the one with the lack hair! If he doesn’t want to reveal his ability yet, kill him before he does! I’ll take this red hed freak! *dashes one again and slashes, cutting up forgotten with many small cuts, similar to how he cut the man at the beginning of this rp *
R![FORGOTTEN]: GAH. *blocks some of the slashes, getting many cuts on his arms*
R!Micheal: *casually starts walking towards Keith* I heard you can see ghosts huh? Well I guess you will be able to talk to them when I’m done with you.
*suddenly, everything stops. Kieth stops breathing, noise stops, the other two stop fighting. Everything one this earth has stopped moving but R!micheal. Kieth is stil conscious though, as he can see what’s going on in this world of stopped time*
R!Micheal: I guess I had to use it… rather I killed you without revealing my ability. *brushes Kieth off of him, and gets to his feet* Savor this moment, as you are one of the lucky few who witness this godly power! *freaches into a pouche full of knifes and pulls out five in one hand, ready to throw* Five seconds left. *tosses all five at Kieth, as they slowly come to a stop infront of him. R!Micheal dashes behind Kieth, throwing another five knives, basically surrounding the man* Time will resume.
*everything goes back into motion as the knifes fly at Kieth *
Velo: *unconscious and bleeding heavily*
R![FORGOTTEN]: * comes flying it, also heavily injured, but shoots a air bullet by spinning air around his finger and releasing it, the air bullet knocks the brick out of Kieths hands, and cracks the brick into multiple sharp shards*
R!Micheal: *stands up reaching into his knife pouch, preparing an attack *
Velo: *eyes start opening slowly* what….happened….?
R![FORGOTTEN]: OH LIKE HELL IM GOING TO LET YOU GET AWAY! *shoots a air bullet. The air bullets are invisible, except for the small distortion it makes, but by the time you notice the distortion you’ve been hit. The bullet his kieths arm*
R!Micheal: *watches*
Velo: I can see his air bullets. I replaced my right eye with the one of a dinosaur! Alouth they can barely see, I now can see motion of any kind! I see where the bullets will be coming from. They are nothing heavily injured, youl could finish them off. I’ll tell you where the bullets come from.
R![FORGOTTEN]: shit, my bullets can be seen!?
R!Micheal: *coughs up blood from the previous fight*
Velo: Ignore him! The black haired ones planning something!
R! Forgotten and micheal: *forgotten is struggling as micheal stops time* M: I may not be able to move right now… but I can still throw more knives. *tosses almost a dozen knives at him* time must resume! *time does so, as the knives fly at Kieth*
Kieth frowned in annoyance as his eye flew green again, his hair flowing like there was a intense breeze. All the knifes stopped, as he held his hand out. Micheal could notice that he couldn’t move his body at all as he got thrown against the floor, his bones slowly bending*
Velo: KIETH! HES BEGIND YOU!
R! Forgotten and micheal: *altough micheal is experiencing the largest amount of pain he ever has in his life, he can’t help but grin as forgotten appears behind the two* F: I can’t blame you for losing track of me, but you should try to pay attention more. *he puts rotation around his arm as punches Kieth, and uses the rotation to spin the air above Kieth downwards, basically crushing Kieth with air pressure*
Velo: GAAAAAAH!! *realizes that Kieth won’t wins this 2v1, so he kicks off the ground, causing his leg to bleed heavily, but gets him close enough to forgetton the slash at the man’s throat, killing him.*
R! Forgotten and micheal: *blood shoots out of the red hairs neck, as micheal goes into peril* M: UUUUUUUWWWAAAAAAAAA *sobbing cause forgottens dead*
Velo: I think we killed one of them. My father is a person seeked by many, but there is something wrong with these two guys. They look ‘foreign’ . Not foreign to this country. But to this entire world….No, this entire universe! *digs into forgottens pocket pulling out a wallet and shows Kieth the drivers license* See!? This drivers license looks different from any in our world!
Velo: Who are you, and why are you carrying him.
Colt: You two seem pretty pressed I took him. Well, I’ll give you two a reason to not try to kill me. I’m merely letting him rest, so I can fight him myself. If you don’t want that to happen. *grins* I guess I could fight you two instead. *puts his hand on his sheathed blade*
Velo: *does a slash at colts face, making his blind fold fall off* OH SHIT *scared cus colt is pissed*
Colt: *when his red blindfold falls off, he opens his eyes, blinded by the light he hasn’t seen in years, but quickly adjusts. His eyes a deep purple, looking as if they are glowing.* Oh NOW you’ve done it! *breaks out of the telekinesis and grabs his sword, and uses a stance he calls stormfront, curing so fast with such power that it forms a air vacuum that is sharp, sending them flying at Kieth while he slashes at Velos left arm, badly injuring it*
Velo: I don’t think we should piss him off anymore Kieth! *braces*
Colt: Says the one who looks like a druggie. *looks at Kieth * You can’t even get close to me. Leave the bold words to the boy. Atleast he lands fair hits. *pointing at velo, who is confused by the sudden compliment*
Colt: *starts running at Kieth but….*
Velo: Sorry, But we’re done here! *takes his hand a impales colt from behind, making a colt donut.*
Colt: *bleeding heavily but velo hasn’t remove his arm yet* Ah….Ya got me….but atleast…I left behind a worthy successor… *laughs weakly* You….Kieth….
Colt: you….are my successor…Kieth…… you carve your own path….. don’t care if a few lives are lost… You use whatever methods you see fit…deep down…. we’re kindred spirits…..you….and I….
Velo: That’s enough! *rips his arm out, blood spewing everywhere. Colt does while looking up a Kieth, smiling*
